The Lax.com apparel store will remain open year-round. The board approved the apparel design and agreed to move forward with opening the store.
A separate fundraiser apparel store will be opened during the January–February timeframe so orders can be completed and received before the upcoming spring season.
AED Grant & CPR/AED Training
Ashley Stabb has coordinated with an individual who has agreed to provide CPR/AED training for the club's coaches. The training is expected to take approximately four hours.
Ashley would also like to pursue a grant to purchase an AED for the club. Before applying for the grant, the club will need to obtain its 501(c)(3) documentation.
Box Lacrosse Plans
There is a possibility that box lacrosse will not be available this year due to Body Zone being sold to new ownership.
The league is exploring alternative options, including the possibility of offering Sixes lacrosse.
A league meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, to discuss the available options and determine how the upcoming season may proceed.
Shed Updates
The club will contact the high school grounds crew to determine whether permission can be obtained to place a storage shed at the high school.
The club's current shed is located at West Elementary. The board agreed that relocating the shed to the high school would provide a more centralized and convenient location for accessing equipment during practices.
Once approval is received, the club will obtain a quote from Myerstown Shed.
Proposed Shed Size: Approximately 12' × 24'
College Lacrosse Trips
The club will create a Google Drive poll to gauge interest among families in organizing a club trip to attend college lacrosse games.
Possible options discussed included:
Alvernia University – Local option
Penn State – Potential larger club trip

The club also needs to purchase additional boys' lacrosse sticks for new players. The board will meet with Joel at Soccer Post Lancaster to discuss pricing and available options.
The board also discussed purchasing two additional full-size lacrosse goals for potential Playdays during the upcoming season.
Player Health & Wellness
