At Conrad Weiser Youth Lacrosse, we offer opportunities for boys and girls from Kindergarten through 8th grade to learn, compete, and grow in one of the fastest-growing sports in America. Each team is built around age-appropriate skill development, teamwork, and having fun while preparing players for future success at the middle school and high school levels.
Programs for Boys and girls
8U (Kindergarten – 2nd Grade)
The 8U program is the perfect introduction to the sport of lacrosse. Players learn the fundamentals through fun, engaging practices and small-sided games designed to build confidence and a love for the game.

10U (3rd – 4th Grade)
At the 10U level, players continue building strong fundamentals while being introduced to team concepts and game strategy. Coaches focus on developing complete players in a positive and competitive environment.

12U (5th – 6th Grade)
The 12U program prepares athletes for more competitive play while continuing to emphasize player development. Practices become more detailed, and players begin learning more advanced offensive and defensive systems.

14U (7th – 8th Grade)
Our 14U team prepares players for the next level by focusing on advanced skills, conditioning, and game strategy. Players compete against quality competition while developing the confidence and discipline needed for high school lacrosse.

Goalie Development
Goalies are a vital part of every team, and we are committed to helping them succeed. Dedicated goalie instruction is incorporated throughout the season, allowing players to develop the unique skills and confidence required for the position.
Goalie Training Includes

Leadership on the field
No prior goalie experience is required—we're always looking for players interested in learning this exciting position.
